LIL DRAGONS
Build Confidence and Resilience Through Martial Arts

Lil Dragons Program

Our Lil Dragons program is specially designed for children aged 5-7, focusing on foundational self-defense skills in a fun and engaging environment.

Through age-appropriate kickboxing and jiu-jitsu techniques, kids develop physical fitness, coordination, and discipline.

Our experienced instructors create a supportive and encouraging atmosphere, helping young learners build confidence, respect, and social skills.

WHAT DO KIDS LEARN IN OUR PROGRAM?

Striking: punches, kicks, elbows, knees, stance, range, movement, combos - they work on bags, on focus mitts, and on shield pads

Teamwork: they work as a team during the warmup, and then work with partners- they learn safety, respect, and communication- we also play a game every class to work on their teamwork skills

Grappling: takedowns, dominant positions, escapes, control- they work in partners and do a lot of positional sparring

Confidence: learning to use their voice, sparring and putting their skills to the test, resiliency, problem-solving - all of these help to give them confidence

Safety is our number one priority!

Safety & Conduct Policy

360 Krav Maga operates structured, partner-based martial arts programs involving controlled contact, drilling, and sparring. Because of the nature of contact training, student safety and regulation are mandatory.

All students must demonstrate:

• Consistent responsiveness to instruction
 • Respect toward instructors and training partners
 • Physical control appropriate to the drill
 • Ability to follow safety rules at all times

Safety Violations

The following behaviors will result in immediate removal from class and review of placement:

• Uncontrolled strikes outside the scope of the assigned drill
 • Physical contact delivered without instruction or beyond required intensity
 • Intentional spitting or bodily contact intended to provoke or disrespect
 • Repeated unsafe partner behavior after redirection
 • Any action that compromises the safety of another student

Removal from class does not imply intent. Safety standards apply regardless of intent.

These decisions are made to protect the safety and training experience of all students.
